Challenges of LNG and Gas Plants

 Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is natural gas (methane) that is chilled to -161ºC until it becomes a liquid, primarily for ease of storage and transport, before it is regasified and distributed as natural gas. At present, Australia has three operating LNG projects with an additional seven LNG projects under construction – almost $200 billion worth of investment.
