The French National Environment and Health Action Plan aims to address concerns about short- and medium-term health risks associated with exposure to certain pollution in the environment.
A network of ecological sites (natural or semi-natural) with high heritage value because of the natural habitats or exceptional flora and fauna they contain.
The Natura 2000 network includes two types sites:
- SPA (Special Protection Area) relative to the 1979 Birds Directive
- SAC (Special Area of Conservation) relative to the 1992 Habitats Directive.
Ratio between the sum of invoiced and non-invoiced water volumes to the total volume input into the distribution network.

Non-Governmental Organizations. Within the UN, groups of volunteer unpaid citizens organized at the local, national or international level. They fulfill a humanitarian role, advise governments of citizens’ concerns, encourage political involvement at the community level, etc.

All non-inert and non-hazardous waste generated by companies, manufacturers, retailers, craftsmen and service providers; scrap metal, non-ferrous metal, paper & board, glass, textiles, wood, plastic, etc.
NO and NO2, nitrogen monoxide and dioxide.
