Ever since 1998, the Trophées Performance awards have been rewarding the most innovative work done by final-years students from universities, engineering graduate schools and business schools.

Who are the Trophées Performance for?
The contest is open to postgraduate students (in their fifth year of further education) working on their end-of-course thesis (PFE, TFE, etc. in France) and prepared to present that thesis to a judging panel of Veolia Environnement professionals.
The topics addressed must relate to our divisional business segments (water, energy, environmental services and transport) or be applicable to one of the central functions of a major company like Veolia Environnement (purchasing, sales, communication, finance, project management, information systems, engineering, legal affairs, quality, marketing, human resources, strategy, sustainable development, etc.).
What do the winners win?
The 10 winners selected by the judging panel win:
- A return ticket to a destination selected by Veolia Environnement: this year it's Chicago;
- A travel grant of €800.
As part of the Veolia commitment to support further education, each winner's university or graduate school will receive €3,000.
