- For Redal, the "International Women's Week" enabled the launch of the Harftha f Redal (Her job at Redal) programme, which included a workshop on deconstructing gender stereotypes and the signing of the gender equality charter.
- From March 2 to 6, Amendis also mobilized, notably with the launch of an internal network of women in the company, exchange days with female students in Tetouan and a workshop on the theme of innovation to promote gender diversity in the workplace.
- In Niger, SEEN focused on tours of the Goudel water treatment plant for high school girls and female SEEN staff on March 5 and 8. The visits were followed by a debate on the theme of drinking water production, led by the plant manager and the SEEN laboratory manager.
