Christmas & New Year Holiday closure dates 2022-23

Are you a Veolia customer and need to change your waste service for the holidays?

With the Christmas and New Year holiday period fast approaching, we understand some businesses might be closing or have limited service needs throughout the holiday period. If you will be closing over the holiday period and do not need your usual service or you require replacement services, please take a moment to consider your waste service needs and let us know your needs by completing the form below. 

If you don't require any changes to your current schedule, there is no need to complete a form. We will continue to service your business as normal unless otherwise advised.

Veolia operational schedule 

During the public holidays, our customer service teams and operating days vary. There will be changes to our operational service schedule throughout December and January. No collections will occur on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and there are also some limited collections over the Christmas Holiday period.
