**At Veolia, diversity is also something we experience through movement. Through two sporting events, the Course de la Diversité and E-Run for Diversity, Group employees come together to champion diversity and inclusion, share a collective experience and promote physical activity. Once again this year, these initiatives brought together employees from numerous Veolia countries and entities around shared values: inclusion, solidarity, sharing and physical health prevention.**

## Two Events, One Shared Purpose

The Course de la Diversité (Diversity Run) in Paris and E-Run for Diversity offer two different formats but share the same ambition: **bringing employees together through sport to promote diversity and inclusion**.

The **Course de la Diversité (Diversity Run)** is a unifying event that gives employees the opportunity to come together and run side by side, sending a powerful message: diversity in backgrounds, career paths and experiences is a strength for the collective.

The **E-Run for Diversity**, meanwhile, offers a connected, international dimension. Everyone can take part from wherever they live or work, contributing at their own pace to a global initiative that brings together Veolia's countries and entities.

Together, these two events provide different opportunities to **get active, share experiences and build connections**, making diversity and inclusion something that is experienced in practice.

## Record-Breaking Participation

This momentum is particularly evident in the E-Run for Diversity figures. As the global virtual running challenge draws to a close, this year's edition has set a **new participation record**, with more than 400 additional registrations compared with last year.

## Sport as a Way to Build Connections

Beyond performance, these two events are above all about **the power of collective action**. Taking part in sport brings together employees from different backgrounds, professions and career paths through a shared experience. It encourages interaction, mutual support and teamwork, while building bridges between teams and entities.

Both the Course de la Diversité and the E-Run for Diversity embody a fundamental belief: **diversity is at its strongest when everyone can find their place and contribute to the collective**.

These initiatives also support the prevention of physical, mental and social health issues by encouraging everyone to incorporate more movement and physical activity into their daily lives.

## Thank You to Everyone!

A huge thank you to **everyone who took part in the Course de la Diversité and E-Run for Diversity**, as well as to all those who helped make these two events possible. Through their commitment, Veolia employees have once again demonstrated **that sport can be a powerful driver of connection, inclusion and shared experiences**.

The race is now over, but the momentum continues: **making diversity a collective strength and enabling everyone to move forward together**.
