Guinea
Campus Veolia developed a customized training course for EDG trainers on “Low Voltage Electrical Authorization as per the UTE C 18-510 Standard”.
During the mission, expert and future trainers created: a trainer kit, practical work, models/boards, and hands-on exercises.
Today, EDG has internal Campus Veolia trainers to train the entire staff to the C 18-510 standard.

With a workforce of 630 people in 54 centers across the country, the SEEN has several employees who cannot read or write. The company launched a literacy program for 64 employees. Volunteer company employees and a local NGO were enlisted to provide the necessary educational support.
This initiative highlights the company’s commitment to its employees and its emphasis on responsibility and solidarity, which are two of the fundamentals values upheld by the Group.
Gabon
SEEG trainer’s agents have sensitized nearly 500 young Gabonese. This day was intended to introduce the candidates to the panel of proposed training and allow them to interact directly with the trainers.
Organized in 12 months with an alternated rhythm of 6 months at the campus Jean Violas and 6 months in a company, courses will be certified and recognized by the State.
