Veolia is a lead partner to PIMMS in France

Access to drinking water and electricity is vital for decent living and working conditions. But many people around the world still find themselves deprived of these basic public services, even in developed countries. Veolia is committed to helping users experiencing difficulties to maintain their relationship with public services. This is why, in France, we partnered with other major public service utility providers to help set up PIMMS (multi-utility customer service points).

PIMMS exist to help people in local areas to have their rights respected, protect their access to public services and get assistance in case of difficulty. The service is delivered by trained mediators who support users, help them to deal with day-to-day tasks, understand how utility bills are paid, how to access internet services, etc. They also provide assistance with, for example, managing a family budget or keeping control of energy use.
