France – Waste Recycling & Recovery: Veolia wins a €240 million contract to build and operate a waste-to-energy plant for the Syndicat Départemental d’Elimination des Déchets de l’Aube (SDEDA) – the Aube regional waste disposal authority

This is the only construction and operation contract for a waste-to-energy plant launched in France in 2016, which has been signed by the dedicated subsidiary Valaubia. Covering 43 months for construction and 25 years for operations, the contract represents cumulated revenue of €240 million for Veolia.
