Veolia launches its new employer brand campaign #WeAreResourcers, and looks at the world through the eyes of its employees

They are always optimistic, they never give up and they move forward together... with the same mindset all Veolia employees contribute day after day to "resourcing the world" - whatever their area of expertise, their role or the country they work in. It unites them in a community that has been especially named "the Resourcers".

This notion is conveyed in the #WeAreResourcers employer brand campaign simultaneously launched today at headquarters and in five countries: Germany, China, France, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. Its aim is to highlight the commitment of the 168,800 Group employees in a positive and special universe: combining reality and imagination, the campaign shows that being Resourcer means "seeing the world as it should be, and not only as it is". So Resourcers see valuable materials in waste, a new source of water in wastewater and a new source of energy in a building’s lost energy.


The #WeAreResourcers campaign is accompanied by extensive internal and external communication. In particular, it is deployed digitally and on social networks: the Group's website,, now includes a #WeAreResourcers section, which is complemented by Facebook pages run by Resourcers themselves in each of the countries concerned, a LinkedIn group, and a dedicated application.

On the occasion of World Environment Day on 5 June, a second campaign phase will be deployed in around a dozen additional countries.
