Veolia’s Board of Directors decides to propose the renewal of Antoine Frérot’s term of office

Gathered on February 21^st , Veolia’s Board of Directors decided to propose the renewal of Antoine Frérot’s term of office as a Director at the Annual General Shareholders’ meeting . Subject to the approval of the latter, the Board will appoint Antoine Frérot as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Veolia for a further term of four years. Veolia’s General Shareholders’ meeting will take place on April 19^th.
