An exemplary eco-district

Hale Village, located in Tottenham Hale, is an eco-district with more than 2,500 homes, commercial spaces, a church, a community center, and public infrastructure.

To meet the requirements of Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, a high-performance centralized heating network was necessary.

A Sustainable and Economical Solution

The biomass heating network designed by Veolia provides sustainable heat and hot water production while reducing costs compared to fossil fuels. The use of local biomass further enhances the positive environmental impact.
