Our strategy

To best position itself on its markets, Veolia embarked on a phase of extensive transformation between 2012 and 2015. It refocused on its most promising geographical areas and activities, significantly reduced debt, introduced a simpler, more integrated and more responsive organization, and began a substantial cost savings program.

The Group's new 2016-2018 development plan aims to move back to profitable and sustainable growth, capitalizing on the gains made during the transformation. It concentrates on two main areas: a gradual recovery in revenue growth on one hand, and continued operational efficiency improvements on the other.
