Geoffroy Carlier, Executive Vice President, Operational Integration and Complex Projects

Born in 1969 in the South-West of France, Geoffroy Carlier is a graduate of EDHEC Business School. He joined Veolia in 1994 in OTV, the water treatment subsidiary in France.

Between 1996 and 1999 he moved to Egypt and Lebanon and took part in the first development of the group in the water treatment activities outside of France.
Back in France, he was successively appointed Chief Finance Officer of Veolia Water Technologies in 2007 and became General Secretary in 2013.

In 2018 he was appointed CEO Technologies and Product of Veolia Water Technologies for Europe before joining Veolia headquarter in 2020 as EVP of Water Technologies Segment within the Business Performance Department.
He actively contributes to the integration program of Suez activities within Veolia.

Appointed Director of Transformation and Operational Coordination in July 2022, he becomes a member of the Group Management Committee as of July 2023.

On April 2, 2026, Geoffroy Carlier is appointed Executive Vice President of Operational Integration and Complex Project and joins the Group’s Executive Committee.
