Born in 1978, Arnaud Valleteau de Moulliac is a graduate from École Polytechnique and HEC in Paris. He began his career at Veolia in 2003 as Business Development Project Manager, where he coordinated tender teams and managed offers for industrial customers and municipalities in France and abroad..

From 2007 to 2018, he held leadership positions with Veolia subsidiaries managing water utilities in Bucharest (Apa Nova București) and Sofia (Sofiyska voda), where he served from 2015 as CEO and Deputy Country Manager for Bulgaria.

In 2018, he was appointed Managing Director of OTV, Veolia's subsidiary in charge of engineering and procurement (EP) activities for the municipal water market in France and Switzerland. In 2020, he became Executive Vice President Europe Large EP for Veolia Water Technologies, leading these activities across France, Switzerland and Scandinavia.

In 2023 he was appointed CEO of Veolia Water Technologies.

As of July 1st 2025, Arnaud Valleteau de Moulliac serves as Chief Executive Officer Engineering and Procurement Projects of Veolia’s water technologies activities and joins the Management Committee of Veolia.
