Eric has over 30 years of experience in international leadership in Waste, Recycling, Energy and Circular Economy worldwide and has led major industrial businesses and multi-country P&Ls at Veolia, Suez and Watco, driving transformation, performance and sustainable growth.
He is specialised in managing complex operations and building resilient industrial organisations. His experience covers the full spectrum of the waste and resource management value chain: EfW, hazardous waste, recycling, landfill, sorting, treatment, logistics and energy production.
He has successfully delivered large transformation programs, improved operational performance across complex asset portfolios, and developed new solutions supporting circularity and decarbonisation. His leadership approach combines strategic vision, hands-on industrial expertise and a strong focus on measurable results.
