Funding for community projects and scholarships in 2022

The next Veolia Mulwaree Trust community project funding program is open now, with applications accepted until 8 June 2022.  Links to the program guidelines and application forms are available below.

Donations (for small projects up to $1,000)

Eligible organisations may apply for a Veolia Mulwaree Trust donation of up to $1,000 for small community-based projects by completing the .donation application form

Grants (for community projects over $1,000)


Grant applications may cover a wide range of projects undertaken by not-for-profit community organisations which comply with the​ ​Veolia Mulwaree Trust’s community grants guidelines​.   

Prospective applicants are encouraged to read the Trust’s funding guidelines​ carefully. Before starting an application, confirm that your organisation is located within an area eligible to apply to the Trust by ​checking this map​.

Organisations are encouraged to view the Trust’s ​recently funded projects​ as a guide to the types of projects which may be successful. Checking these ​frequently asked questions​ ​will also assist prospective applicants. 2022 Veolia Creative Arts Scholarship Program 

The Veolia Mulwaree Trust funds annual scholarships to local creative artists to assist in making or completing a body of work, or to undertake a program of arts study. Applications to the 2022 program have now closed. Applications to the 2023 program will open early next year

2022 Veolia Mulwaree Trust Academic Scholarships

Will you be studying in 2022? Apply for a Veolia Mulwaree Trust scholarship now. Scholarships of up to $3000 are available to assist students undertaking tertiary education at the following institutions:

To be eligible you need to reside in, or have completed your secondary schooling in one of these local government areas: Goulburn Mulwaree, Upper Lachlan, Oberon, Former Palerang, Wingecarribee, Wollondilly or Shoalhaven.  To apply for a 2022 scholarship, check the university or TAFE websites above for guidelines and application forms.
