Veolia wins 2023 Canstar Blue Award for Most Satisfied Customers - Small Business Waste Management

Canstar Blue’s 2023 review of waste management services saw Veolia take top spot for the fifth time. Veolia received top marks of 5 stars across five categories: Overall Satisfaction, Client Service, Frequency/Availability of Waste Disposal, Bin/Container Hire Options, and Value for Money. Ease of Use was given a 4-star rating.

Canstar Blue surveyed more than 400 Australians for the award, while also conducting a questionnaire and capturing customer verbatims.
