The Horsley Park Waste Management Facility is located within the Austral Brick site on Wallgrove Road, Horsley Park, NSW.

The facility accepts waste directly from commercial and council customers, as well as receiving residual material from other Veolia facilities such as the Greenacre and Port Botany Resource Recovery Centres. The facility can unload up to 10 vehicles at a time, and turn around time is 10 minutes from when the vehicles enter and exit the site. 
 
The site consists of a large open area with void space for landfilling and resource recovery. The overall facility covers 43 hectares which includes the weighbridge, a designated area of 2 hectares for storage of recovered material such as concrete, soils, timber and steel; and land that is still to be excavated to create landfill space.

The site is licensed to receive up to 430,000 tonnes of general solid non-putrescible waste per annum.
